Other potentially good news: Ray thinks we may not have to replace the window! he trimmed a corner on the window trim, and if it passes inspection, we may be able to keep it as is..The bedroom window (that is currently sitting in the middle of the roof line - should come out later this week - at least this means Friday's rain forcast won't impact the schedule!
